Our billing policy is on a per hour basis. we have clients who realize savings by signing annual contracts with us for a certain amount of service but our hourly clients are under no obligation to continue using our services. You retain ownership of all servers, workstations and hardware. You will be provided will all the necessary administrative passwords to manage or hire someone else to manage your equipment. We want you to stay with us because you're pleased with your service, not because you feel you have to.

Our current standard rate for onsite service is $125 per hour. Rates for other types of service (offsite, email, emergency, etc) are based on a percentage of the standard rate. The current percentages can be found in our current billing policy.

We offer special rates for one time projects, prepaid services and annual contracts. Contact us for more information.
